Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned!

Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or email us.

Return Policy for all Stock Products (everything except custom made or non-stock items)
Please inspect your purchase from us as soon as you get it. If there is any damage, you need to contact us right away so that Customflagshop can contact the carrier and get another product sent to you quickly. If we made an error in filling your order we will correct it at our expense. Of course we want and expect you will be happy with the purchases you make with Customflagshop and consequently, if you find that you are not happy with your purchase, for any reason, we would ask that you return it to us within 30 days. To receive a refund or replacement for any reason other than damage, the product or products must be in their original, saleable condition and in the packaging or wrapping they came with (not including the original shipping container, although that is helpful if you have it.) Simply contact us by phone, by email or by fax .

Shipping Policy Customflagshop ships via DHL , TNT or Fedex  Monday through Saturday . Orders received will be shipped in the next 3 to 4 business days. Please contact customer service for special shipping arrangements.

Warranty Policy - There is no warranty against normal wear of flags, poles, bases and accessories. Flags will fade and tear. Normally first signs of wear are on the fly-end. Usually the top right corner shows the greatest wear. Flags may be hemmed and laundered for longer wear. Customflagshop  warranties are only on defective products.
Refunds
If you are returning your product due to an error by Customflagshop in filling your order, or the product is damaged, we will arrange to have the package picked up if possible and replace your order at no cost. If we are not replacing the product, we will refund your purchase by the same method the product was originally purchased from us (Credit Card or wire) , along with the shipping and/or handling charge,. If you are returning your product for any other reason within 30 days of purchase, we will, at your discretion, refund your purchase but not the original shipping and/or handling charge, or give you credit towards the purchase of another product. Orders that are refused upon delivery, or marked “refused”, “return to sender”, or “undeliverable” will be subject to a restocking fee. After 30 days, all sales are considered final. Prior to returning any merchandise please obtain authorization by e-mail and send your request to info@customflagshop.com
There are No Refunds for Custom Made or Non-Stock items purchased from Customflagshop.

 

RESTOCKING FEES

All decorative flags and stock flags up to and including 3′ x 5′ in size will incur a 10% restocking fee. All accessories, flags larger than 3′ x 5′, will incur a 15% restocking fee.
