Las Vegas city flag

Another city flag design inpired from it’s state flag. The positioning of the seal on the upper left corder is a clear sign ot that. Actually Las Vegas city flag looks much better than Nevada’s flag simply for the diagonal stripe. The off-center positioning of the seal look much more purposeful.
