Danger signs are safety signs. They warn people when a hazard or a hazardous condition is likely to be life-threatening. The word ‘Danger‘ is featured inside a red oval shape which is inside a black rectangle and often feature other warning symbols as well. There are only two major signal words in GHS : “Danger” or “Warning”. They are used to emphasize hazards and determine the level of severity of the hazard. “Danger” indicates more severe hazards. Signal word is one integral part of a Global Harmonised System label.
