Arizona Flags

(1 customer review)

Arizona’s state flag is divided into two parts. The top part is made of thirteen alternating red and yellow rays that represent America’s thirteen original colonies. These rays show a setting sun because Arizona is a western state. The colors of red and yellow refer to the Spanish flags carried by Coronado when he came to Arizona in 1540. The bottom part of the flag is a solid blue field as the same blue in the United States flag. A large copper star is superimposed in the center of the rays. This identifies Arizona as the biggest producer of copper in the States. You can purchase the beautiful Arizona state flag down below.
