India Flag

(1 customer review)

The India Flag is a tricolor flag featuring horizontal bands of saffron, white, and green with a navy blue Ashoka Chakra in the center. The saffron color represents courage and sacrifice, white symbolizes truth and purity, and green represents growth and auspiciousness. The Ashoka Chakra in the center has 24 spokes and represents the wheel of law, righteousness, and the cycle of time. The flag was first adopted on July 22, 1947, when India gained independence from British colonial rule. Today, the flag remains an important symbol of Indian national identity and is flown proudly at government buildings, schools, and public events across the country.
