TERMS OF ORDERS AND RETURNS
We ship within Canada USA only. No tax is charged on orders shipped to addresses in Canada. Customers are responsible for any additional import/local duties and taxes which may be added when purchasing in Canada.
How do I find out how much it will cost to ship my order?
When you have added an item to your shopping cart, you can enter your delivery address and click. Your shipping cost will be shown when you checkout.
Can I return my purchase?
Stock goods may be returned, unused, in their original packaging at the customer’s expense within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be provided when the goods are received in good order.
Custom made flag sales are final and can not be returned. If there is any fault with the production of your custom flag order, it will be replaced free of charge.
How does the order process work?
After the order is placed, we will soon send you a proof via email.(firstname.lastname@example.org)
Please review and approve the proof.
If your order is for an in-stock flag,
unless we receive “any requests for a change in the provided proof” from you, your order will be considered approved and shipped to you.
If your order is for a custom flag, it will not be put into production until we receive approval from you.
We do not accept responsibility for delays in approval for custom orders.
When will my order be shipped?
Stock Orders are usually processed and shipped in 6 to 7 days, subject to availability. If a product you order is out of stock, then we will notify you by email with an expected shipping date.
Your custom orders will be delivered in 7 to 10 days after you confirm the final flag proof provided by our graphic dept. You will be notified with a tracking number when your order will be picked up by FEDEX.
